Infrared sauna is full of electrical devices, some of which can be controlled remotely. This is where a remote control could be of service. Operating a system such as infrared sauna from a distance is great. Saves a bit of time, but not essential. However, a remote control needs to be set up and this may take up a bit of time, but it is worth it in the end.

Amongst parts of the sauna that can be linked to the remote control is the audio system, lighting, chromotherapy.
